LiquidFractal Posted May 15, 2019 Share Posted May 15, 2019 Having deleted a couple of inactive former clients from my Members list, I understand that all of their content will appear as coming from a guest. Fair enough; but I think it might be a good idea to exempt invoice records from this, since their invoices are now lacking a (former) name on my site, which should logically be retained in the interests of keeping solid records for tax purposes. Had I not already backed them up as PDFs I wouldn't know who they were from, since the "Billed to:" field now only has an address and "Deleted Member" as a title.
