I'm aware content Title and Body fields are included, but are Tag and category texts included? For instance, if I search for "tag1" in the main search (not searching by tags) should items in tag1 appear. Tags are indexed, but separately (so you have to search them with the tag search field) and category titles are translatable and can be represented in multiple different languages - they're not included within the body and are not searched. You can, from the advanced search page, search within a given category. Stepping back from an end user POV, if there was a category named "cars" and I searched for "cars", I wouldn't want every single topic ever posted in that category to be returned.
