Custom Profile Field Permissions

Is there a way to set which user groups can view and use certain custom profile fields/field groups?  I want to add a few for our subscription members but I can't seem to find any place to do this.

I searched high and low in the marketplace for something like this and the only one I was able to find was an old version from you that doesn't exist anymore.  I wish the search function worked better here.  Thanks!
