I "think" i have looked everywhere, but probably am missing something

 

Can someone plz tell me where i can make it so only Admins can make clubs? 

I still want members to be able to join and post content, just can't make a club

lmao, i was looking for that persmission when i still have the module set as only admins can access it, 

 

Much appreciated, and now that i changed the application perms, now i see it in the members group perms
