I mean, I'm not going to show any picture in category descriptions, I have reinstalled 10 times ipb and still for nothing, I changed the webost .. a solution?

This was a bug which will be resolved in IPS 4.4.2

We are working hard to get the next maintenance release out. There is no public ETA at this time, however.
