Change download category icons?

I don't know if this is possible, but it looks a lot better if it can be done. I'm looking for a solution to change the Downloads category icons.

Now it's like this:

But this is ofcourse a lot better:

Can this be done? To put a custom image there?

Add this to your css template

.ipsItemStatus.ipsItemStatus_large {
    background: url(https://i.imgur.com/M5L8ieq.png) no-repeat !important;
    width: 100px;
    height: 50px;
}

Change the width and height with your image dimensions.

Thank you, but I don't know my way around css to be honest and I'm looking for a solution so I can put in different images for various category's.

Since Downloads is not the least expensive addon, I hoped this would already have been integrated.

Oh, you mean one image each category?

Downloads hasn’t the category icon like Forums app has (forum icon).

Thank you Admin@stonerhaven.com but that is not what I was looking for.

@uzibereta Yes exactly. My old download system had that. I made a bigger screenshot.
If that is not a possibility then I will put that in as a feature request.

That's very nice of you, thank you. Really appreciate it.
But if possible I would like to have my themes etc. with as little theme/css customasation as possible, so upgrades/support and stuff won't give errors.
Hence I will send in a feature request for this. As this would be nice if it could be done from within the Downloads addon.
