When a guest submits a new Forum topic or comment. The guests are diverted to the account registration page to create an account before their posts are submitted and displayed on the board.

When a guest submits a new Pages database record post, the account registration page is not shown and the guest's post is summited and shown without the guest creating an account.

Is this the normal procedure for when a guest submits a Pages database record in 4.4?
