I got an ips forum.

In there I can make groups.

Is there any mod or any posobility to make sin groups?or just to chnage a name for a person but this person will be in that permission group?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you want to change user usernames?

No I made someone in a group called admin I want him to be with admin permission but when it says his group then it will say something else 

Utilize secondary groups. A secondary group will provide all permissions it has even if the primary group does not. I do not recommend doing this with your primary administrative account.
