Are you self-hosted, or using Community In The Cloud?
Cloud... Only a recent thing and really not changed anything
JUST an FYI - had this from support:
"I apologize for the inconvenience. RSS feeds are currently unavailable on the cloud platform -- it is nothing you've done wrong. We hope to have this remedied in coming days."
They should be back online soon.
