Have a member who is designated "administrator" as their primary group. I want to make their primary group "member", but there is no other category available in the primary group drop down menu except "administrator". This member also has several other designations in the secondary group. None of those show up in the primary group drop down. What am I doing wrong? TIA

Are you the main admin? That happens when you can’t edit other admins accounts, so you can’t demote them to a “lower” group.
