Wren Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 On the menu bar by default was a link to support - when I try to press this I get the following error message Sorry, there is a problem The area you are attempting to access is currently offline. Please try again later. Error code: 2S100/4 Where do I configure this? and what should show on this page? Thanks
Mark H Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 That message indicates the Commerce application is disabled/offline. Check the ACP -> Applications page and check the icon to the right of the entry for Commerce. Is it in red (disabled)? You can click the icon to put it back online. If that does not resolve the issue, please open a ticket to support and we'll be glad to assist.
