How to show only certain forums on specific pages or menus

How do I load a specific forum on any particular page.

I know how to load the main forum board, but I just want to load specific forums for some areas.

I know how to load the main forum board, but I just want to load specific forums for some areas.

I also want to offer a Menu Tab Of of relevant forums only for that particular page. Not the whole site.
