Disable the ability to paste photos

Hi, is there a way to not allow users to copy and paste photos into the editor? Such as having them manually upload them via the "choose files..." button instead?

When someone pastes a photo into the editor, it actually does upload it as an attachment (unless it is a remotely linked image). Why would you want to disable the capability?

You can disable remotely linked images in the AdminCP.
