Dropdown Menu same as this forum ?

Hi All,

How can I change my default IPB forum menu to the same type (dropdown menu) as the one used in this forum (invisioncommunity.com) ?

Currently, in my default IPB theme, when I click a menu item (that has multiple sub-items), those are getting displayed in next row. I do not want that.

I need menu like below :

Create a new menu entry and then pick the type “drop-down menu”.
