How to be notified of mentions in support tickets

Hi,

We're currently testing the Commerce > Support Requests area. I've tried using an @ mention to tag a colleague in a ticket, but he doesn't seem to have been notified. Is there any way of getting notifications when tagged/mentioned inside support tickets?

This is based only on my personal observation (and not official IPS knowledge), but there are private areas where notifications don't work: PM, Support Tickets, etc.  

You should send in a ticket in the Client Area for confirmation, and to see if there's a workaround.
