Posted June 15, 20186 yr Hi, We're currently testing the Commerce > Support Requests area. I've tried using an @ mention to tag a colleague in a ticket, but he doesn't seem to have been notified. Is there any way of getting notifications when tagged/mentioned inside support tickets? Thanks
June 17, 20186 yr This is based only on my personal observation (and not official IPS knowledge), but there are private areas where notifications don't work: PM, Support Tickets, etc. You should send in a ticket in the Client Area for confirmation, and to see if there's a workaround.
