I've tried using an @ mention to tag a colleague in a ticket, but he doesn't seem to have been notified. Is there any way of getting notifications when tagged/mentioned inside support tickets? Joel R Posted June 17, 2018 Share Posted June 17, 2018 This is based only on my personal observation (and not official IPS knowledge), but there are private areas where notifications don't work: PM, Support Tickets, etc. You should send in a ticket in the Client Area for confirmation, and to see if there's a workaround.
