1.5 — the size you want by default (for example 1.5). The size must be specified in em, not in px.

Will that also allow the user to resize it if they want?  The initial solution with px worked, but it resized all of them and did not allow them to be resized.

I just tested it.  It did increase the size of the standard one, but the one I resized was also the same size - no enlarged.  As noted, I'm using EmojiOne, not Native.

Well, there are (at least) two ways to resize the emoji.  If I use the code(s) above to get a legible default size, you cannot double click on the emoji and use the resize option.  You can select it and use the font option - even with the code above.

Of course, you must resize the emoji using "Font Size"! ?

+1 on having a minimum size as an option in the AdminCP.
