New Gallery Landing Page

I am converting from Xenforo over to IPS and would like to get a better layout landing page for the IPB Gallery similar to the Xenforo style. It has a text style list of categories in the side column and thumbnails in the main section in upload order.

Willing to pay and need it as soon as possible.

I like the navigation and other widgets in the sidebar. That would be a nice feature in Gallery.

Sidsbar navigation would be amazing for large galleries like mine.
