4.3 bug: Guidelines no tab anymore

Hi there,

we have drastically reduced our menu from day one and Guidelines were one of our tabs. Now with v4.3.1, a click doesn't switch to that tab, but shows kind of a new page. 

All other tabs work just as expected. Could you have a look into it?
