Thomas P Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Hi folks, We got this issue after updating to 4.2.9 from 4.2.8. As you can see the information "On 4/19/2018 at 1:54 PM, MemberA said:" is missing...? We had to manually clear (invalidate) all caches, after that all was fine. To clear caches the following function/shortcut can be used alternatively: 1. Backend Login 2. "System > Support > Something isn't working correctly" 3. The diagnosis screen is shown, note the message that all caches were cleared. My question is: Are the caches normally cleared during upgrade? During our update we had outdate information (see above) Thanks, Thomas
