bug with ipb 4.3

I updated the system to 4.3
And I had no problems and everything was perfect

Once I have updated the forum, it is not suitable for Western languages
Right to left

And the background was transparent and now it has a background and you do not see the possibilities (words)
Everything was scrambling and not adapted, please what I could do

my language is Hebrew

Have you checked on default IPS theme?

Maybe your third party theme hasn’t been updated for 4.3 yet?

so i can't check it

and no have background

You're using custom theme.  They need to update to 4.3.  

Please check with theme author.
