Optic14 Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 We have the option enabled and it works well for forum posts (I set the period to 1 day) But I have had complaints that when PMs are (often in a daily conversation) they don't get a notification via email. Or maybe there is a way to trigger notifications always in Messages/PMs, even after "merge concurrent posts" occurs ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
