Or that's what I remember reading at least. I doubt you'll ever see an android/ios application officialy developed. Most peoples used to install tapatalk on 3.x as mobile app, but nowadays I see many of them dropping it since the application has become really bad and causes a lot of issues all around. That being said, like @teraßyte mentioned, IPS is responsive, so it will display correctly on mobile devices.
