IOS menu loading problem

Problem when loading menu:

Safari, Opera, etc.

on Andriod - No problem - fast.

Try with the default iPS theme. Does it persist? If not it’s a theme issue. If it persists, move on to plugins. Turn them off one by one and so on …

On default Theme - menu does not open at all.

Update: default same problem.
