Use PayPal only for Payouts?

Hi all, bit of a sticky situation here. After discussing this with PayPal, we have determined that we can pay our Artists through PayPal. However, because of the content of some of their artwork, PayPal won't be able to accept the payments through PayPal. We will thus use Authorize.net to accept payments, but can we disable PayPal just for payments, and use it only for Payouts?

Any help would be appreciated.

When you setup a product, you can define what payment methods are associated with it.

Thanks, and I get that, but what about for Downloads?
