Why do banned persons (spammers) still show up in the All Activity?

When you say they show up in 'all activity', can you explain what you are referring to specifically please?

I had banned manvimodels93 and geetamodels yet they display here and a person can click on them and it shows their profile with photo when I do it i see they are banned.

I am still not understanding why I have to be subjected to content or records of people who were MARKED as spammers. where it shows them in the activity stream that they registered and also content "in pink" on the activity stream.

Can flagging as spammer be RESTRICTED only to a specific group so that I know that the content can be truly DELETED and not just hidden. And can be assured that nobody can accidentally flag a long time member as spammer which would remove ALL their decades of content?

You can (1) control who can flag users as spammers and (2) control what happens to the spammers' content (e.g. to delete it instead of hide it).

I get that I can control "who" can flag as spammers but what if a moderator kicking the tires says - ooh what does this do - to a long time person trying to be funny, or perhaps been taken over by an alien presence and intentionally click the flag as spammer button on someone. 

That would swiss cheese the site. 

So I have set it to HIDE but then it creates a task for me to go and delete the content ( however the banned user still shows up in activity and clickable to profile - doesn't delete their typically naked avatar or other images.)

Typically a spammer happens with in the first 5 posts and is caught pretty quickly its unlikely a person with hundreds of posts would start spamming - unless their account was compromised.

On my site all users start out as Curious 0 posts - then are promoted to Newbie on 1st post then promoted to full Member on 6th post.  I would like to have an option to protect certain groups from being flagged as spammer. So that moderators can confidently mark the spammers and truly delete the associated content.

A way i can toggle during my session to turn off my rose color glasses (and not have to see all the hidden posts ) when i want to enjoy the site's content - then toggle that setting when i want to do "moderator/admin" duties. (no i don't want to have an alternate account )
