Type of forum view selector

Hi, I have upgraded a copy of my live site, and it's still rebuilding. However, I don't see the icons to select the type of forum view, which is next to the Start New Topic button like this one:

Do I need to select that somewhere for it to display?

ACP → Forums → Settings

Make sure “Members can choose” is turned on.
