Too much info around avatar

Can anybody tell me how to fix these problems and tighten up the spacing? I imagine that if I could set a default member title for those who have none and all new members, that would cure the double name. Just don't know how.

I'd need to remove the membergroup text/line and lose a line of space above it.

The location has no : or space after it. If I could just change the word and add a colon and space after it, that would be great. Longer locations would fit better with the shorter word too.

You must edit the postContainer template of your custom skin to be able to do that.

AdminCP > Members > Profiles > Profile Information > Location > Edit

Scroll down to “Display Format”

In there you can customise it with a comma or space
