RSS Feed Import - Specific Settings

IPS already has RSS/Atom Feed Imports, but it's kind of lacking in the specific setting department.

As it currently is, all new imports are simply posted as a new thread with no option to change this. However, I'd like to be able to specify that certain feeds simply have new imports added as a reply to an existing topic of my choosing.

Is this currently possible and I'm just missing it somehow or is there a modification already in the marketplace that would offer this?

If not, how much would it cost me to have someone create it if anyone is willing to do so?
