Third Level Menu Item

Hello,

maybe the Menu Manager is to clunky or I am too stupid. Can somebody please explain me how to make a third level menu item?

E.g. like

 

Browse

   - App

         - Function of App.

 

 

It seems it is possible seens some like Stream is working that way, but I do not find out how to select a specific file/page once I made a new menu item.

In the Menu Manager, you would need to utilize the "Drop-down Menu" option as the secondary item then you will be able to utilize a third tier of navigation.
