Support Ticket System

Hey,

We use our IPS forum to provide technical support to our customers.  We'd like to add a ticket system to help track services requests.  Ideally we'd like to use a system that can automatically generate tickets when a user creates a new thread, assign that ticket to a support engineer.  We'd like to be able to track things like how long tickets are open, get notifications if tickets have not been updated for a certain period of time, etc.  I know there are many ticketing systems out there, but has anyone used one that integrates well with the IPS forums?
