I apologize for my bad English.
I transferred a working IPB from a server to another server, but it does not work now.
 

Upload Files OK
File config_global.php OK
Database connection OK

but

I did not touch anything, I just moved the files from one server to another

@bipolare I recommend you checking out this file. It sounds like your server is missing a requirement for IPS4, which is an easy mistake!

there seems to be problems with Ip.nexus, but I do not use Ip.Nexus.
everything else is OK

Did you try to reupload the file in question again and see if it solves the error?
