in custom.css add this

.ipsUserPhoto { border-radius: 150px !important; }

this will fix the issue.

Whether there is a Custom menu in your theme "Use Rounded Photos? Yes/No"?

The reason posted css because css making the photo's square not a setting unsure was added but the above css will fix it.

The code above will fix an avatar in a profile, but all the others? For example, 34 x 34, 50 x 50, and etc

No look like every photo been changed with custom CSS so only fix small profile images.
