How to automatically send PM on usergroup change?

Hi,

I recently upgraded from IPS 3.4.7 to 4.2.3.

In 3.4.7 I had an extension called "PM on Group Change" that was pretty invaluable to me.  Is there any way, either stock or third-party extension, to regain this functionality?

You might want to look at @Kevin Carwile's Rules application in the Marketplace - it allows you to create if/then conditions that range across practically every event in your site.  There's a paid and a Lite version, the difference being that the Lite version only allows you to create a maximum of 10 rules, where the paid version lets you create as many as you want.
