Adsense ads do not appear in Firefox

Our Adsense ads are not showing up in Firefox. In chrome it works ok, but in Firefox nothing appears, only the empty space is left with the background. I already looked in the ads app to see if there was any setting that caused this, but I did not find anything. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

I can’t replicate any problems in Firefox, so I also can’t identify them if there are any.
