Josiah Wallingford Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 I am looking for some copy to use in the Anti-Fraud rules for commerce. Anybody have recommendations? For us, they would need to be U.S. based rules but I think others from other countries would find resources helpful as well. If you are willing, share the rules you have setup.
Rheddy Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 Have you tried creating your own policies regarding "fraud" for your commerce site? The best way to create some policies for your own site is by looking at the ToS and rules of other commerce sites and using that as a primer. I wouldn't use what other sites have, word for word, but I would use other sites as a guidelines on how to draft my own. Joy Rex Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 Could you clarify what you mean by "anti-fraud"? Fraud (to me) means someone has deliberately deceived or circumvented a system for personal gain. If you're talking about copyright, that (to me) is another matter.

Someone trying to sell copyrighted materials or someone who say does not deliver goods as promised.
