topic creation is not being allowed in my forums

topic creation is not being allowed in my forums on any topic including trying to send a support request we are getting blocked with a message:

Something went wrong. Check the values provided on the marked tabs and try again.

everything is filled in so its making me think there may be a hidden field that has required set to it but I cant even see where that is controlled. Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Daniel, the rub is I cant do that either. I actually tried that first to allow access and its the same error on that form as well. If there's an alternate way to go about this that would be swell too
