Manual action required upgrading from 4.2 to 4.2.1

Hello,
I'm try to update from 4.2 version to 4.2.1 using interactive procedure step by step.

At step 4 I have the follow message:

Manual action required

There was an error downloading the files to your server. Please download the update and upload the files to your server, or contact us for assistance.

Now, I downloaded update manually and uploaded to web server (inside ips_fb6b6 there are two folders 'applications' and 'system').

Is that the correct procedure? because IPS don't releave the new version and always says there are 4.2.1 update available to do.

After you upload website, you need to trigger the upgrade by going to mywebsite.com/upgrade

I tried but the page /upgrade appears only text (see attach)

In Chrome Developer Tools, I have following result:

2. Request Method:
   GET
3. Status Code:
   404 Not Found
4. Remote Address:
   92.222.80.75:443
5. Referrer Policy:
   no-referrer-when-downgrade
