Popular app & themes in marketplace

I think the popular apps and themes in the marketplace need to include all the sub categories instead of the main one, I know I won't upload a app/plugin to a sub category any more and I am noticing people are moving their files to the main category so they can get placed in the top apps and themes etc, Give it a year or so and then there will be nothing in the sub categories, just the main ones as people are wanting to be included in the top stuff in the marketplace and not counting the sub categories will stop people uploading to them.

My thoughts anyway, I might be wrong
