Can't load URL

I am trying to link to Facebook. When I do, I receive the following error pop up:

I am trying to link to Facebook in the admin. I just completed the upgrade and I see that I can promote the forum via social media.

Have you followed all instructions from https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/social-sign-in/facebook-r220/ to set up the facebook app?

that was my next step good job was trying to get that for him
