When I'm trying to connect with the main account and not the secondary account, I've got this message. What can I do ? I'm facing this message since 5 days, what happened ? Quote Awaiting Approval Your account needs to be approved before you can use the site as a registered member. An email will be sent to xxx@xxx.com when this is done. Thank you for your review. You are best to explain it in that as only accounts/billing or management will be able to usually rectify this. If you're not or not sure, please use the form here instead > https://invisioncommunity.com/contact-us change the 'To' dropdown option to 'Support/Customer Service'
