Hello,

I'm in trouble with my client Area, I paid a renewal licence few day ago but I was not the main contact I guess when I do my purchase.

When I'm trying to connect with the main account and not the secondary account, I've got this message.

What can I do ? I'm facing this message since 5 days, what happened ?

Are you able to use the other account to submit a ticket ? You are best to explain it in that as only accounts/billing or management will be able to usually rectify this.
