Header Overlap after 4.2.1 upgrade

Anyone encounter with the same issue as mine?

got it work under global.css

not a good idea to change any of the css files.

any changes want to make then add them in custom.css

Are you adding additional blocks or chatboxes to the header area?  

Try to remove all of those and see what the default theme looks like.  Most likely the problem is with a third-party app not being updated to 4.2 template.
