jair101 Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 How about giving third party devs the ability to create clubs for support of their mods? Right now we are stuck between: 1. Having support topics - very convenient for users, because they can post their question easily, but very inconvenient for devs, because tracking one long topic full with comments, bugs and suggestions is very tiring. 2. Having personal support board - very convenient for devs, because they can create bug trackers and separate sections for suggestions and feedback, but very inconvenient for users, because they have to join and monitor yet another site. How about having the best of both worlds and allow 3rd party devs to create clubs here? They can organize the content inside as they wish (or as the clubs functionality allows them) and the users don't have to register to another website. I actually see there are two clubs here, but they are somewhat hidden.

It's even worse than that. IPS opened that forum to guests (it wasn't before) so users that download resources elsewhere are now able to view topics with tips/fixes, etc. I stopped posting "quick" fixes on those topics and I'm requesting users to use my Tracker/support board due to that. A closed club would be really useful.
