Converting from vb3 to ips

Anybody know what this error is.. when i try to convert the members 75% through i get this error

IPS\convert\_Library::process: Prepared statement needs to be re-prepared

Generally this is a MySQL server configuration issue (or the MySQL server is highly loaded). Your conversion may be exacerbating the issue due to the amount of queries that are being ran. - There's a lot of information about it if you search for the error.

If you don't have access to change any of your MySQL configuration, you may want to try reducing the number of items processed per cycle. You can also resume the conversion step from where it previously stopped.
