I purchased Commerce and Blog applications from invision power, I have noticed though that my license recognizes that I have purchased the items but the items don't show up for download in the applications section of my admincp. Any help here?

Download the full package from clientarea and reupload all files(or just /applications/nexus/ and /applications/blog/). Go to ACP - System - Applications. At the bottom, you should see Commerce and Blogs under "Not installed". Click "+" to install and you should be good
