Embedding a page into the forum wrapper

I have a question about embedding a page into the forum wrapper so it looks like it is part of the forum. I know I used to be able to do this but I do not remember if it was with 3.X or 4.X. There may have been a modification involved. Anyone know what I mean? What I am trying to do is embed blab chat into the forum.

What do you mean, IPS suite wrapper or forum (?) wrapper?

If you mean, that you want to have some special content or code in between the IPS suite wrapper, you can use IP.pages.

Yeah, not purchasing IP.Pages for $100.00 to embed one feature. I am trying to make blab chat part of the forum or appear to be in the forum. That is one thing I liked about Xenforo, you could do that without an app or addon.
