How do I disable anonymous posts on my blog?

Do you mean guest comments ?

Edit the guest group:

ACP > Members > Groups > click the "pencil" icon on the Guest group to edit it > Click the 'Blog' tab >

Find and turn off 'Can comment on Blog entries'

Save the change.

Actually talking of 'guests' while you have their group settings open take a look at the 'Content' tab too, you may wish to set 'Require approval before content shows' too for this group if it is not enabled.
