Philip Carson Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 I keep getting this error: "The account details provided is not the account which owns the license key for this community." I have triple checked that I'm using the same email/PW combo that I use to log in to the client area. Any ideas? Thanks!
MADMAN32395 Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 @Philip Carson are you the primary account owner? if you are a sub user, at this time you cannot upgrade via the updater.
