Can't Upgrade To 4.1.19

I keep getting this error:

"The account details provided is not the account which owns the license key for this community."

I have triple checked that I'm using the same email/PW combo that I use to log in to the client area.

Any ideas?

@Philip Carson are you the primary account owner? if you are a sub user, at this time you cannot upgrade via the updater.

Yes, I am.  But @Rhett was kind enough to take care of it while upgrading the forum with an SSL certificate.  Awesome customer service, BTW.  Rhett's a keeper!
