AndyF Posted March 10, 2017 Share Posted March 10, 2017 Are you using the tool as a 'stand alone' (in IPB3x) ? or part of the 4x upgrade or something else ? Are you using a shared server or a VPS/Dedicated ? If you have Cpanel, take a look at the error log and if you know how to use FTP you (might) find a php error log file in the webroot (public_html) directory too, this may give a clue as to the real cause of the blank page.
